Individual effort

By being the citizen of this country we need to take responsibity about any natural resources of Nepal. Protection of river is also our duty. We can take following steps for improving it’s present condition and to save it’s existence:

1) we should not throw any thing into the Tukucha river or any other river. we should keep the area near Tukucha clead and tidy. For that we can conduct sanitation campaign.

2) we should do plantation around Tukucha to keep the environment near Tukucha fresh and pollution free. we can bring the concept of donating samall plants for the plantation from interested people.

3) we can share about the present state of Tukucha with others. we can make them aware about the lost of Tukucha in some places and it’s negetive consequences. we have to tell all people that loss of the river isnot a common thing to igore.

4) we can raise our voice against the government for not implementing the law strictly and against the people who had made their houses or shops above Tukucha eventough they were aware about the presence of river.

5) Website regarding Tukucha should be made and share with others just to make them aware about the presence of Tukucha river below some buildings. So, that everyone could unite together for bringing the river back to it’s original condition.

6) We youngters have to be one to protect Tukucha because our combine effort can only bring the positive change. It is our responsibility and duty to protect any type of natural resourses. Everyone should realize the fact that a river should be made open to flow. River deserves the freedom and it is the living right of a nonliving river.
